Abstract:
This study aims to (1) assess the impact of strategic internationalization on organizational success, (2) identify the key factors influencing successful internationalization, and (3) evaluate the challenges and opportunities associated with international expansion. A survey research design was chosen to collect comprehensive data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 375 respondents was selected to ensure representativeness. The study was conducted among multinational corporations in Lagos, Nigeria, known for their international operations. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.91. The findings revealed that strategic internationalization significantly enhances organizational success by providing access to new markets, promoting global competitiveness, and driving revenue growth. Recommendations include developing robust internationalization strategies, conducting thorough market research, and fostering cross-cultural competencies within the organization.
